From birthday 2008. LaGrave Field & my little bro {miss him!}

Work has been crazy busy lately with people calling in sick, new applications being implemented & not working correctly, and tool issues. But it is, thankfully, the end of the week, which I am very happy about.

My weekend will consist of Pop-sitting, kid-sitting, baking, cleaning, maybe two-stepping? {that would be oh-so-lovely}, church, dog-walking, and who knows what else? I'm very much looking forward to it.

It was epic. By the end we were sweaty, exhausted, and in awe of God's beauty. {and very curious about the random fire hydrant}

So green and vibrant and beautiful! Not at all what I was expecting from Oklahoma, let me tell you.

{Oh, and we had Badtz shaved when we got there. All of us appreciate her having less hair.}

Morning

Yesterday morning, I was unexpectedly overwhelmed with happiness. My sweet husband was laying in bed snuggled up asleep with Badtz (the blonde one) at his feet & my loyal sidekick Unagi was following me around the house as I got ready for work.

It was simple, but the sunlight shining into our slightly messy bedroom onto my lovely little family just made me so thankful to be living my life.
